    sorry to go on, but best is sliced, oiled then on the BBQ !! Yum yum

    :) Half of my giant zucchini went into the pie,half exactly as described above. :) In that way, for me, it is mostly a support for garlick sauce, but ya well, lovely anyway.

    I wonder if you can make Courgette Crisps? I'm not very keen on Celery, except as a shovel for a chilli-dip. Courgette crisps would do just fine, and I actually like Courgettes!

    how long in to the season do courgettes keep producing cougettes ive just took another 2 beauties last night 1 from each tub ive still got some more growing.
