Very nice work Sian , especially the bottom one . The ink work really shows the dogs character
Just seen the ones above Sian from May Like the sheep ( scottish Blackface ?) and the young Cocker Spaniel
Thank you again! The sheep are Swaledale - a friend loves them, so asked me to draw them..
Just beautiful @Sian ... so lifelike I feel I could touch them.
I love your last picture @Sian in Belgium, you've captured the terrier perfectly!
Here is a more recent drawing (finished yesterday!)
Just realised that I was giving out-of-date prices... I'm now selling the "stock" drawings, like for example this badger... ...for £25, plus £1.50 p&p. Commissions cost more - because there is more pressure in the drawing, and the result has to look like your Rex, rather than like any collie. I sometimes have to do two attempts before I am happy with the finished drawing - that I have managed to capture the "essence" of the subject. Often more work too, there can be up to 8-10 hours of work involved. (A recent drawing of a client's dog). So they are £40, with the same p&p. The drawings are on A5 size cartridge paper, and in lightfast, but not waterproof, ink.
9.5 by 12.75 inches. £125 plus post, packaging and insurance. Contains lead.
And the shadow it throws
Based on an Art Deco tea set design. Ignore the shadow up the centre, that's just a stick supporting it for the picture. 9.5 by 12.75 inches. £125 plus post, packaging and insurance. Contains lead.
Been making some more and passing them to the painting department Open to offers, can solder loops or chains for hanging if required
