I wouldn't be able to have blue tho as i am light sensitive particularly to blue and white lights. I cant even watch the tv without yellow lamps on or yellow driving glasses.

 

This last week has been very dull and I was getting a bit low about it. Then I realised I needed to find a rose to cheer me up a bit. I googled Rosa Banksiae Lutea and I know a garden where it covers the house front and I will go there to view it in a couple of months. Meanwhile, keeping the google images in my head, I crocheted these and it lifted my spirits yesterday. I have set it as my computer background piccie too

I would like to try the "Etsy" big adventure, but I fear that it would take ages to sell anything because there are so many items on there. Anybody has experience of it?

 

I haven't tried selling anything on "Etsy" but I have purchased lots of things, always nice to have hand made.

 

I have an etsy shop :-) its does take a while and lots of work but its pretty simple. It depends what your selling though as certain stuff buyers search for some stuff more.

You can make yourself easy to find by making sure the titles of items are relevant and what a buyer would search for and so are the tags

Then you can join teams on etsy where you can promote products and there is a forum where you can post products

Also you need to take advantage of social media so people can find you and discover your shop instagram, twitter, pinterest and facebook are musts

If you did want to open a shop i can get an email sent to you from mine that will give you 40 free listings when you open it

I finally got my socks finished and realised the first sock i did the heal wrong on i mixed round and sc and a sl st so its a bit looser but you cant tell
