Hi i dont know if their is a magazine but we all had books with our software..and to be quite honest i havnt read mine..if their is anything you want to know ask here and one of us will help you..i have left plenty of spare photos in creative art photos going spare also in the hobbys section.. so you are welcome to use them to practise on..

I don't know of a magazine that specialises in digital art, but most digital photography magazines run articles from time to time.

Best thing is to buy a cheap and cheerful software package like an earlier version of Paintshop Pro from Amazon and just do it. It can seem daunting and that's why some people buy it and leave it in its box. Just get stuck in and learn from your own mistakes. Upgrade later when you have got a bit better.
