Thats nice..I think you have some different effects to me and hornbeam i am not sure if we could create that like you have just done.will have to go and look..I too like hornbeam are still fiddling i havnt got anywhere near his layers :eek: I did read the manual last night and hope to get some different effects this week..

Hornbeam..Very interesting..i dont know how you got those effects..and they are totally different to anything else on here.. :eek: yours would make nice pictures for the home,

 

Hornbeam..I cant thank you enough you are a genius..all i had was a dark head and a gas fire..every time i tried to downsize on the pattern scale i sometimes just got a gas fire..I am sure dag will be glad of that image as well being he is painting him..you have actually made him look nice as i call him the ugly little beggar as i can never get him right..

 

that looks much better and the colour green is perfect well done

 

I think santas sleigh idea is bigger than my capabilities..will have to rethink..I am beaten.. :(

 

Best I can do Wildflower with Ricky so big and the resolution of the sleigh pic so low.

If not OK I will delete or go back to the drawing board for another attempt. Just let me know.

 

Just been having a look in Paint shop pro - I think thats what you have - if you select the freehand selection tool, 5 tools down on the lefthand toolbar. Then trace round the image you want of Ricky until the line joins up. Go to Edit on the top toolbar, cut and go to where you want the image to be (in the sleigh) and paste it onto that pic. I think this may work - I can drag the selected pic straight onto another pic with the move tool on Pshop but cant find out how to do it on Pro - sorry. Bet this is as clear as mud :rolleyes:

 

Platanoides..Thanks ever such a lot i think you have done a great job..If you want to make a xmas card with rickys face on feel free its for one of the members who wants it for a very ill friend,,I have nearly exhausted my brain cells on ricky..

Marge ..thanks a lot i have wrote your instructions down..Their is so much i cant do yet and its really frustrating..when i make my pictures i just save all the little bits as pattern swatches..and paint over the picture..i intend to move forward this week..i had my nose in the text book last night and looked at possibilitys.. :eek:

or if anyone on gc wants to turn ricky into a xmas card please feel free leave it here to be collected...

ricky looks great in the sleigh great work well done, wildflower bet you pleased about that, our ricky has caused quite a stir on gc, he is a nightmare to draw as you know mind that picture is a lot better :D :D

 

thought i would give you all a good laugh, you can see ricky is some size and heavy, when he sees me he goes mad and jumps on my knee like a puppy and by i can tell you guys he is a ton weight :D :D

Well i had to put them somewhere..i have them every where i have over a 100 in kodak waiting to get printed.. :D :D I am not tidy with my pictures you should see my picture section on the pc its a wonder i ever find anything,,but they are dated and i know when things flowered so i sort of know where things are..no one else would though..
