Marge, I think that you have chosen the perfect setting to complete the sense of peace and relaxation that this sculpture communicates. Absolutely magnificent!
    It just flows so smoothly...

Great picures Marge and WF. I really like both the colour and feeling tone of both of your last two.

Love your last ones HB, especially the Magi - may I ask how you got that star effect?

Thanks Marge. The star effect is obtained by messing around with the sunburst effect. I adjusted the brightness, density and rays until I got what I wanted.

Hi Marge. The nearest you can get on Photoshop is by going to: filter - render - lens flare

It might be worth your while to look out for an earlier edition of Paintshop. It is much easier than Photoshop and I much prefer it. Amazon often sells them for Ã?£10 - Ã?£20. Ask Santa nicely [IMG]

The bauble started out as my Christmas tree with all its lights. It didn't look great so I turned it into a kaleidoscope. Then I turned it into a circle and finally a globe. Then I created a black background and pasted it on to that.

Thanks Kandy. I have spent the day shopping amid all the clamour and commercial cr*p.

I did Moon River to calm down and the Journey of the Magi to try to re-connect to what Christmas is really all about. Glad you liked them

Yes HB I think the true meaning of Christmas has got lost in all the commercialism that surrounds us,as they say, a shop keepers harvest
