Second attempt. Anyone who wants it can print it off. I might do the whole year if there is any interest

Hi HB, I am only interested in the months with holidays....
Nooo, ok... I have already bought a few calendars for 2007.
Usually my first consideration is the display of the days, clear separation between weeks and spacious enough to write.
Also, I prefer those calendars with the week starting from Monday.
I don't usually choose a calendar for the pictures, but...if you put all your photographic skills in it and you autograph it, I may consider it...

We could use the monthly winners of 2006 to create a calendar for 2007?

Hb, I've just been playing around myself, made a reasonable job, printed off jan. Now I cant get it to do Feb, it keeps going back and printing Jan but with the Feb pic that I chose.
Its got me, as to how you get it to print what you want as opposed to what it wants.
    Bloody computers. :D

Sorry Pete - not with you. I haven't made a February page yet. Or do you mean you have done your own?

HB It's a pity you hadn't thought of this, months ago as I now have my Gardeners World calender and one a friend brought as an early xmas prezzie.I too would have preffered the dates going from left to right, but I think for a first attempt it is very good.Perhaps you could have used the winners photos from each months competiton on here, just a thought [IMG]

I've been making one of my own, HB.
Its not a GC one, just my own pics.
I think I made the mistake of printing Jan off before compiling the other eleven months.
Now when I try to make up Feb and print it, it keeps wanting to do Jan again but with the Feb pic.

I think a GC calendar with the winning pics from the last twelve months photo comps is a good idea.

No idea why DAG can't see 1st attempt or pictures disappear for Miraflores. Looks like local computer/server problems to me as no one else seems to have that problem.

I suggested that the calendar could be made up of 2006 winning pictures as a way of using them and seeing them again. They would need to be made available. People would then simply print it off themselves on A4 photo paper. As there is no great interest I suggest we drop the idea.

Pete - if your's is repeating January, then a new file for February should overcome that.

I like the idea of using the Photo comp winners pics Hornbeam. It would be great to get them all together and admire everyones work throughout the coming year [IMG] [IMG]
