    Marges frosty image..Hornbeams mushroom..
    Mushroom and face painted on with luminence then i just used pallette load and decreased colour depth again..

    does anyone else think its hard taking photos of frost ??Hornbeams look all crisp and fluffy round the edges and mine look all blurred :( and even if i fix them with the software they still dont look like hornbeams rose or leaves.. :eek:

    my frosty pictures all come out like this one and i have the right setting on the camera.. :confused: and its dangerous i have just slipped on ice taking photos took the skin off my arm to save the camera..ouch..

    Just looks like its out of focus slightly to me W - Im no expert though. Sometimes I get too close and that happens to mine. If I zoom in and then get too close - aweful! You didnt take it whilst you were falling did you? ;) Hope your not too sore - take carexx

    The camera will have to be set to take close ups. Then it can only focus if you point it at something with contrast - dark and light. If everything is all white as with frost, the camera can't focus on anything because of the lack of contrast. Switch to manual focus if you can or keep trying until you get the green light or whatever signal your camera gives you to indicte that it is in focus.

    I think part of the reason I struggle is that Im sure my laptop has ATTITUDE...

    Love the polar bears, wildflower, and the colour is lovely, too!

    Thanks most of it was just done in luminence if you use luminance on white it allways comes out that bluey colour..

    I spent the morning in the forest and took lots of frosty, foggy picture. I shall post the better ones when I can. I have put some frosty fruity ones in the Wildlife section under the topic Crystal Forest. Feel free to use any that you fancy.

    airbrush frogs on in different shades using blend mode..
    edge effects ..enhance more
    lights pale green
    border..
