well done its realy good you got their in the end.. it looks like the escalators that run accross the nec in bham..

 

This is a great effect - will have to have a look and see if I can do it in PS Still havent had chance to try out your instructions W - hopefully over the hols

 

Dabbled a bit and came up with this, very odd

 

Very wintry - well done Marge. Sure we can do a lot with this effect.

 

Marges looks like she has used the wind effect..I tried the wind effect out yesterday but wasnt sure about it.I am sure we can do something with Hornbeams effect as it sometimes looks like stairs..or escalators..

OK - I know I'm nuts! Is there a psychiatrist in the house?

 

Hornbeam they are really good and very neat and finished off lovely..It must have taken you ages to do them..

 

I admit to having a worried look on my face as I scrolled down H!! Very effective though. The one I did was long-winded and Im sure theres a quick way somehow! I copied the pic onto another layer, selected a square of the pic, used selection tool to pull it down toward the bottom left corner and then carried on with some more of the same, Then yes, W I used the wind filter, one layer going one way and the other, the other
