      NETSUKE (Moldovan 76)

      Diploid. Dormant. Small 24 x 3.5in (60 x 7cm). Early. Slightly fragrant. Delicate cream
      blend.

This is one of my favourite "simple flowers" compared to the others

Lunacy is a favourite of mine, and I haven't done any crosses with it because I like it the way it is, and mine is about to rebloom with 5 scapes.
Hornby Castle is amazing:hapydancsmil:I hope you were able to cross it to something . I was able to cross one of my applique throats to the 5 petaled Hold Your Horses and now have 5 seeds sitting in my refrigerator. I crossed the 5 petaled Paco Paco, and it has a pod.
Lips of Fire is also great:dancy: It was made by Dan Hansen, one of my favourite hybridizers.

'Lips of Fire' is fabulous colouring isn't it it does vary greatly depending on the weather I've noticed, this is the colouring in a cooler summer

Hornby Castle appears to be one of those garden name types for something that was never registered. If you were to cross it to something and get a flower worth registering, it would have to be listed as "seedling". There isn't anything wrong with that - I have one called Plumburst that seems to have come out of Australia.

Today is another variation on the same cross - South Pacific x Talladega. This was a bonus pack of seeds, but sometimes those are the best.

Standard red with yellow throat and ruffled edge, and small halo. :snooze:

A much better pink with a small halo and butter yellow edge.
