No Spruce haven't watered the daylilies at all yet, just baskets pots tomatoes and anything newly planted, we're on a water meter :hate-shocked:, we do have a huge water tank buried in the garden that collects rainwater so if they start to look a bit sad I'll use that at the moment they're loving this weather :)

My 'Judge Roy Bean' is another that had to be moved so looks like no flowers this year, one day I'll learn to give them more room :wallbanging: looking today think 'Dipped in Ink' will have to be moved as well I feel a daylily bed extension coming on :heehee:

You might try on weekends to put some pollen in a piece of paper and keep it for a couple of days to use on anything that opens during the evening or night, just before you go to work.
Simbad: Eight Miles High looks great :yay:. I like the size of the teeth. I have a seedling I started this year of it crossed with one of my Amethyst Reflections sdlgs.
Just for form, I prefer Alien over Heavenly Curls, although I really like the sdlgs I have of Summer Star x Heavenly Curls. They took after H.C., and are a nice butter yellow.
Rain last night with overcast today, so no pollen - and a flower on Life Is A Highway I cann't use:gaah:

A spider double with teeth!!!! :wow: that would be something.

Mmm yes Alien is a nice form and maybe with it being a plain yellow you could do great crosses with it ?

'Sincere Prayer' looks very nice in the flesh JazzSi, I was quite tempted by that one last year, even more so now :dbgrtmb:
