I'm going with Eliminate the Negative for its huge throat and eye.
    I had a FFO today:

This is Purple Maze X Infinity and Beyond. I think this is the last of this group to finally flower.
Huckleberry Patch has been going for a long time:

But today I used pollen from Life Is A Highway on it.

After spending a lovely hour or so at Pollies Daylilies on Wednesday and purchacing Flaming Firebird, Nile Plum and Persian Ruby while there, I got home to find the first of my seedling crosses had flowered. It may not be that impressive, it may not be as good as some that Wylie has produced but it's my first one to flower EVER. Its quite tall and I love it.

That has a really nice white wire edge that sets it off. :dbgrtmb:
My first cross was red, as well and I still have it.:)

At least it's a nice colour and, you're right, the white edges are helpful. I'll keep hold of it for now. Who am I kidding? I'll never get rid of it!

Here's my first flowering today :hapydancsmil: , only two survived from 50 odd grown 3 years ago because of that flippin cold winter but I love it its so dark, only problem how the heck are you supposed to measure the flower when it twists and curls like this , this is 'Star of Fantasy' x 'Iktomi' the darkest one in the whole daylily bed, 8 scapes and look at all the buds!!!!!, I did have another cross of this but as you know I lost my allotment plan :rolleyespink: all the ones on there have buds and lots have flowered, nearly all have been identified now so hopefully it'll make itself known soon.

              And a few polys:hapydancsmil:

And this is a first year seedling flowering on the allotment, the only one from last years seedlings to flower, not very exciting but better than the first flower a couple of days ago, this is 'Seneca Rose' x 'Evening Eye Shadow' loads more from this cross hoping one will maybe have a better eye.

I have to admit I nearly sobbed when I got in there. I didn't take any pics but my friend did so I'll get them from her. Polly is so lovely and there were so many I wanted to take home. Damn my disabled husband having mobility equipment in the back of the car. Couldn't fit any more in

the 1st year I went to Gardeners Live and went into the plant marque, I nearly lost the plot of which way to go :lunapic 130165696578242 5: I will never forget that ssssooooo much choice.

I have so many from Pollie she was on here regularly last year , I must email her to come and have a look , she is the only supplier that all have been true to name.

                          Glad you enjoyed it
