    I don't know if any of you have SPYWAREBLASTER installed .... I have used this for a few years now, it's a small unobstrusive programme that works in the background and keeps a lot of nasties getting on there in the first place...it's free and all you need to do once installed is check of updates ....

    I also run Ad-Aware and Spybot -Search and Destroy at regular intervals ...and VERY rarely do they find anything, and then it's usually negligible ...... :cool: M-L
