    I looked at Memorymap about 18 months ago Steve. They are great maps and the facilities are brilliant. All that put me off was the price tag!

    (About 10 years ago I some software, courtesy of the MOD, that did a similar job but without the fancy 3D graphics. It had been written to calculate line of sight visibility and display a transect between any two NGRS. Took a while to run a plot on a 'slow' PC in those days, I could make a cup of coffee while it was running!)
