I've only ever seen a Lesser Spotted Woody a couple of times; not much bigger than a sparrow, very scarce indeed....we see equal amounts of Green & Greater Spotted Woodpeckers round here....:dbgrtmb:

All I seem to get is Sparrows, Starlings, the occasional blue tits. Saw a finch a few days back which was the best bird I've seen feeding.

That and a few unsuccessful sparrowhawks :snork:

We are getting even more Common Redpolls, with the Sparrows and Goldfinches, 11 appeared today!!
A poor shot through the dg window but there are 4 on the ground (with a Sparrow) and 7 on the feeders!

Sorry, Strogylodon, did not get back to this thread for a while.

What birds do I get here was your question?---the list would be so long, I would do injustice to those I forgot.

Anyway, just before the snow hit, I filled all feeders, now there are good suet cakes and seeds ready for all.

That's ok, if you could get a pic or two that would be great.

Ok, strongylodon, maybe this weekend I'll go take a walk down there.
