      Wasn't the tumble drier invented to do the ironing for you!:heehee:

      Top tip for ironing shirts; only buy Nehru shirts, put the shirt and jacket on, work out what can be seen and iron that bit before putting jacket back on! No need to get the ironing board out either as your chest makes an ideal substitute.

        Very rarely buy bedding, Merlworld, but if I do I usually don't iron it........just plant it in the borders:dunno::doh::snork:

          If you iron them when they're still a bit damp they come up lovely and are much easier to iron. I put mine in the tumble dryer never the line.

          I hand wash using rainwater, so I add bleach to the wash, gets rid of tar stains on your fingers too :) [​IMG]
