      I got a better one than that - one bottle of whisky taken throughout every evening, with or without mixer of your choice; won't cure your tinnitus, but you will be too sloshed to care.... :snork:

            Yes I've also suffered from this too but it's been ok since I started using ear drops. It would drive me crazy when trying to read a book or just simply relax. It's made me appreciate silence more I suppose. have you ever tried the ear candles for clearing wax? I've heard they are very effective but I've not used them myself.

                Hope it works for you my friend, 4 out of 5 folk recon it does. At the very worse, it'll stop your farts smelling bad, so i'm told "snow plough"

                  hi music i have tinnitus 24/7 and have for over 20 years trying to focus during the day on "real noises" can help from driving you crazy, hearing aids help too as they amplify the "real noise" so your brain will focus more on those apposed to the imaginary ones, at night i would recommend a small fan in your room or wave music on repeat ( you brain will focus on the room noises allowing you to sleep ) this was the only way i got any sleep in the later stages of my illness
