Downloading music

    pc medic i have come across something else now i have this message displayed

    Youve encountered error message 80020052 while using windows media player. Additional information is not currently available for this error.

    can anyone help i have not got a clue what is happening now. help me cos i am still doing this [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Hi sunshine P
    I have had problems with mine. I put the music on the mp3 player but no sound. Anyway I have not used the windows media player. I downloaded the upto date version of Real Player (it's Free) and put my music on there and it is working.

    thanks princess i havent a clue whats going on with this, i never had probs before then the whole thing changed, i have downloaded something hopefully this will help if not will have to try something else
