    High hedges

    We had issues with our neighbours when we needed access to their property to renovate a building that has one wall on the boundary. They objected but we left them a copy of the party wall act which changed their mind. Knowing where you stand legally and sticking within the guidance helps massively.

      If they touch at any point then they are a hedge. :blue thumb: It's being pedantic but the law copes with that.
