Earthworms and BFB

    @Plantminded Yes Dogs and Foxes are very keen on BFB - luckily I don't have a problem with either. Just seen Mrs Blackbird drag a huge worm out of the grass and cart it off to her nest !!

      Good to 'see' you @Philippa - you managed to get your name changed too ;)
      We don't have huge amounts of worms. I discovered recently that it's not unusual in these parts, even with well amended [clay] soil.
      I don't know the reason though.
      I try to avoid using BF&B in the front garden though, as it's easily accessible to the many foxes around here. The back is much more difficult for them to get into, so it's fine to use there.
