I'm sure there will be......i can see that they are in a window, do you have a desk lamp that you can shine on them, to give them that extra bit of light, and leave it on as long as you can?

What kind are those again?

 

I don't have a desk light, but I think there's one in the attic, I might get it down later.

And ermm, they're Chilli Pepper Apache

 

Ok, I've found a lamp and it's under it it's a desk lamp, which bends, so put it right under it.

 

The low energy light blubs emit more uv.

 

Will that kill my plants? :(
