    Good, not too hardy though, its a struggle down here sometimes, I dont think any of mine have made it through this year, apart from the candicum which is in a large pot near the house. [​IMG]

    found I have some seeds - so I'll do what it says on the packet - and wait and see - can they cope with the rigours of Falkirk??? (as seen in the competition dog + ankle accessories picture!!) :D

    I dont know, but I dont think so.
    I find lower than -5c, causes real problems which usually end up with the growing point rotting, they still can go on to flower but they lose their shape.
    I have grown them in a 12in pot, if fed well and given gallons of water they do reasonably well and reach about 6-8ft. [​IMG]

    well, I'll give them a go (some are dwarf ones, which rather defeats the object, it seems!) After all, I've got the heated greenhouse, haven't I? ;)

    Thats it, give it ago, the pre-flowering rosette of leaves is only 3-4ft high in a pot grown plant. [​IMG]
    Then when it flowers you can stand it outside, probably best outside most of the year anyway, just need some protection from the worst of the weather.
