        This is a cultural thing. In Finland, all toilets have a small shower hose next to the bog seat for washing purposes. Since the shower head looks a bit like an old fashioned telephone receiver the apparatus is commonly, but a perhaps a tad indelicately, known as the "pussy phone". Sorry, no way I can do a nicer translation. :redface:

        The installation is usually connected to the washing basin, or can be separately plumbed in. I must say it's one of the things I most miss from Finland as it also makes filling big watering cans or buckets so much easier.
