NO. That is not what Alice has. Nor does she have the rows of ridiculous shoes. What she does have is a disabled family member who gains independence from the hot air dryer as the towel would be beyond capability.
    Enough said

    Thanks for that.

You can spend a fortune on golf, but I try not to.
My golf shoes come from "Sports Direct" or the "Donnay Shop" as we call it. They're Dunlop, leather and only £25 a time. I've just replaced the ones I bought there about five years ago, which were only about sixteen quid a pair at the time. Our pro shop has golf shoes up to around £100, they don't make you play any better. I find eBay good for buying and selling golf equipment, as in the regular retail outlets we left-handers never get any bargains.

I must confess I don't seem to have a lot of time. It's a good job I don't watch much TV. There won't be much to do over winter in the garden, I've the big pergola across the back of the house to renovate once the leaves on the wisteria fall. I need to replace the 4" X 4" support posts as after 20 years they're starting to rot a bit. I replaced the cross pieces a few years ago. Then it will get a coat of Dulux Woodsheen as will the tea-house.
I've got another low voltage lamp to install to illuminate the pagoda and the black bamboo to plant when it arrives.
There will be days when it is too wet to play golf, but then I can spend more time on my leccy piano and saxophone practice and read a few more books. But as my wife says; "I'll find something else that needs doing"

But she can't complain, she's heavily into decoupage and has been working long hours as she does each year, making her Christmas cards. She's been at it since the beginning of September. "Forty down, only about sixty to go!"

Apologies, Alice - I'm sure no one meant to be unkind.
