    All the very sensible decorative concerns above won't be an issue here thankfully because at the moment our walls have all been partly deplastered due to us having had damp proof treatment on the bottom of the bricks. This is partly why we were advised to get this electrical work done now - all the decorating/plastering of the room will be taking place afterwards! :smile:
