    What have I done wrong David..??? My Photo was taken 07/12/2008... :scratch: It even says Natures Bauble 2008 on the picture..:scratch: Whatever your problem is please tell....:)

    :)Dai,I am not sticking up for Marley here but have just come on line to see the latest entries in the Comp and looking at the 8 in 2008,if it is looked at quickly it can be mistaken for a 1 but if you look closely at the bottom of the 8 you can see red in the background.

    I am sure that Marley, like me and everyone else on here would never cheat on purpose because there is always someone on here that will put us right when they think we have done wrong.Hopefully my post will stay here long enough for you to read it then you will see what I mean by the 8 figure.After that it can be deleted or moved,I don't mind which:flag::)

    I thought I'd post this here, rather than mess up the Photo thread further.
    Re- the date on Marley's pic -

    Yes I can see where Dai's confusion arose - the 8 does look like a 1 at first glance. But most of us know that that there's absolutely no way Marley would even contemplate entering an 'out of month' pic.

    Maybe we need a new rule? - "Marks will be deducted for bad spelling or writing that is difficult to read":D:lollol:

    Please don't thump the mods (at least not in public) they are what keeps this site going and they have a fairly thankless task:thmb:

    David my photo is 07-12-08... I have not cheated & never will... I spend my time trying to make this a fair fun competition for everyone...!!!!!!! I join in for the fun of it not to win, but I would never cheat... I abide by the rules the same as you & everyone else does..!!

    I am deeply offended by your accusations,,,, But I bear no grudges..... :)

    I will remove my photo tomorrow now as I have just spent an age retrieving lost data so that all can see that I have nothing to hide.....

    Leave your photo entry just where it is Marley. There's nothing wrong with it (apart from the hand writing, that is ! :D)

    I can understand your feelings as a mod' particularly since you've had a key role in the development and running of this well supported and greatly enjoyed thread. The time you spend working on it brings enjoyment to dozens of folk in the UK and abroad.

    Well, I am quite gobsmacked that anyone would accuse Marley of not going by the rules that she spends many, many hours developing and monitoring in order to run such excellent competitions.

    There is no reason whatsoever that her picture should be removed.

    Let's put in the rules something about readable fonts and lets be done with it! :D:D:D

    Marley you are forbidden to remove your picture from the thread(stomps her foot), also because it is a lovely and well applied effect you used, greatly fitting the theme. Actually I am tempted to replicate it for Xmas cards use!!! :D:D:D
