If Pete reads this, I have to tell him that the plant I called a Banana and Pete said was a BoP ... he was correct, it is a S nicolai as it has had many HUGE birds this year, as had many other it the area, including the ones at Cliff Richrard's winery entrance just down from this GC. They have really been prolific this year.

Yes, John and Mad, it was my duty as it would be yours or any other gardener who cannot let anything go assunder ...

Sal, there are many links to my garden ... this is the latest ...

... and if you have time to look because it is very lengthy (skip through the chatter) ... is it from the beginning ...

Having been here for six years, there are many links to my garden but I don't like to bore people now.

Today I was in the garden and my miss noticed all those banana puppys She ask me , why last month did we go to Lidl just to buy a banana plant and a pack of fish finger?
my answer was , John from the garden forum suggest me that Lidl sell the best fishfinger in the world ! Then she asked me why I bought a banana plant if our banana are producing all them offset.
My answer was ........they didn`t had any change and they gave me a banana plant :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
She is opting for me to leave this forum.:th scifD36:

I wish she did , love this forum because is addictive , you see a new plant and you want one or in this case you just buy a plant that you don`t need :dbgrtmb:.

I picked one of the Musa plants up from Lidl last week; they had some back in at £2.50 each or two for £4..:blue thumb:

Bilbo I`m sure that your £2.50 musa will look great near the other musa you already have or even better near the bananas puppy that all the musa are producing after all this rain :dbgrtmb:.
Now that I remember i bough another musa just because I was thinking to plant in the soil and see how will it come back next year unprotected , but they are too small to try .
