    0) Hi all my friends I've known for years ... that's more polite than saying my 'old' friends .. :hehe:

Lovely to see you all again and also to meet Chris, Ziggy and Alice whom I haven't met ... picturewise. CAP'N Robert ... nice to see that photo again .. you caught me out before with it ... :dh:

Now Dave ... I would if you did and you had but sadly we can't ... I made a deal with the devil and my portrait is in the attic .... :halp:

Blimey, its nice to see the girls are as gorgeous as I thought they were from their personalities :gnthb:

Us blokes are as rugged and good looking as gardeners should be after all those years exposed to the elements :hehe::old:

Should we bump this thread to the main part of the forum for a laugh mods ?

Wow, it's great to see everyone on here, <Leslie Philips mode on> "Well hello, Saskia" <Leslie Philips mode off>, Alice you do look like your Avatar, I saw your thread about creating avatars and decided it was too difficult, but the resemblance is remarkable. The less said about Strongy's legs the better :hehe: and Ziggy have you shrunk or is that a really big door, I seem to remember you were taller than me! Putting on my Sherlock Holmes hat I can deduce that Ziggy likes fishing and Capney likes aircraft, no prizes for what I like, that's it for the personal remarks, apologies if I've offended anyone, if you want your own back here's me:

Well, as you're all doing it, here's one of me at the top of the Healy Pass, standing by my beloved Austin Healey.

And here's one of the actual Healey ( built in Abingdon, April 1960. )

Well, Kindred, lovely to meet you .. and more importantly your cars. I had Austins and Healeys for 20 years in the UK ... had one of the 2000 Austins built after Healey left. Have pics but would have to search and scan.

Was brought up with good cars as my Dad was a Le Mans driver (before I was born .. so a long, long time ago) but had a race team in the States in the 60s when I moved back over there and I spent weekends on racetracks.

Nice that someone else likes nice cars.

Nice to see you kindred, your Healey is in super nick although I would choose the Triumph TR4A given the choice :)

Maybe we should have another thread for our beloved vehicles?

Not got shorter John, was sitting down.

When I stand up im 5'11"
          When I sit down i'm 4' 1"
Did they really cut down a 100 foot tree just to make me look shorter"

Thank you Ziggy. Nice to be reminded of the genius that was Spike.

            My pleasure Chris.

            Sadly missed.

Do you remember what is on his tombstone ?
