      I eat low carb, not diabetic, but hate that sluggish feeling after eating too many carbs, I have done the steaks, delicious.
      I get through about 2 a week, when on offer anywhere I cut them into steaks, mash, with a bit of either mustard, horseradish or cream and freeze
