I take those out of the box and have them on their own with a cup of tea. :snork:

Agree Zig Jarlsberg is pretty nice. Emmental for me as well. A nice old Parmesan. A decent vintage cheddar is probably my favourite. Love cheese of most kinds, though anything smoked (I don't want to eat anything smelling of old sweaty socks, thanks kindly!) as well as anything with fruit or nuts are an abomination in my books.

I love all cheeses - at the moment one I am enjoying is Sharrocks of Lancashires 'Black Cheese Bomb' which is a creamy cheese with a black wax covering in the shape of a bomb.

C'mon peeps, we're just not trying hard enough. Eat more, more!

Oh, the shame of being below places like Israel in cheese consumption. Whoever heard of an Israeli cheese? I didn't think they even had any cows, for pity's sake.

Never came across the Sao Jorge , Victoria. Although we did have a couple of nice cheeses while we were in Albu' last year . I'll keep my beady eyes open for it :blue thumb:

Who else likes to unwrap cheese and leave in the fridge to let it go drier, develop cracks, darken and improve in flavour?

And who's noticed that if you're eating cheese when camping in a blue tent it appears to be green?
