What a lovely thing to find- I thought it looked like a wasp's nest, but obviously not in that place. Is it in this country?
PS Charlie, my fuschias in the frost-free greenhouse are all budding nicely, and most have survived the Winter. How are yours? Did you get frost on your balcony?
