February 2007 Photo Competition ......... Discussion thread

There are three pairs of frogs in the "pond" in the back of the nursery, although one pair is a threesome, trouble is with that weight the female has difficulty getting up for air. There are about five newts swimming around too but they have been there all winter.

 

Never a dull moment at your nursery then, strongy? :D

 

Yes - they are whooper swans - taken at Caerlaverock WWT. I have loads more (though not flying - this was a lucky one!) - will poat them later.
