I am after rare and unusual ferns
Happy to pay or swap for bits from my garden.

Early in the year, but am so itchy to get into the garden

@Sirius Sorry the only Fern i have is called "Lady in Red" don't think she's a rare one thou wish i could help Hope someone comes along to offer you some plants

Beehappy - I ordered a few ferns from Bowdens. Not cheap, but it was a few rare species

I joined the Fern society, and have given growing from spore a go. With mixed results. Got about a 40% germination rate. All at the prothallus stage. No plantlets yet
