I worked for a landscape gardener for a while and I remember when he spent all day laying lovely top quality turfs only to find that the next day some badgers had literally rolled them all up again!!!! what a nightmare if you want to have a lovely lawn.:gaagh:

    Thought everyone knew BadgerBadgerBadger :D

    Not everyone uses this though,

    Slovenian for Badger is "Jazbek"

When I had the field behind the mushroom farm, I used the mushroom waste to mulch the Garlic, all 5000 of them.

The very next day it had been thrown everywhere by the Badgers looking for worms.

I raked it all back and put up a sign "THERE ARE NO WORMS UNDER THIS MULCH !"

The following morning it was all over the place again and under the sign in little muddy paw prints were the words, "JUST CHECKING"

If you use used tea bags soaked in 50/50 Jeyes Fluid and water and drop a short space apart that should deter most wildlife, and refreshen once a month till they stop coming.
