yep, just knew it was not spelled right, and did not bother to look it up. Yes, and mine is very good when I make it. Husband even said better than an upscale restaurant Italian restaurant we tried it at once. Ahhh but now that he cannot eat beef, that will go by the wayside.

Just a thought, but, if you were making it for the two of you originally you could still make it: you eat your half and put the other half in the freezer for another day.

good thought, but in general I never cook a meal "just portioned for two" always enough for left overs for later in the week. I guess I could try, it is a thought.

BTW, speaking of Brisket, after I raise the fat on the juices, the fat is put in a small container for later use for yorkshire pudding.

Corned beef hash !! Still one of my favourite meals . When we go camping MrsH will make a pan of Corned beef hash , just heat it up on the gas stove + a nice crusty french bread . About as easy and simple as you can get , but tastes gorgeous !:dbgrtmb:

Agree! My mother would say: "The only joints allowed on the table are the ones we eat" :heehee:

Of course, Hippies would have said "The only joints we allow on the table are the ones we smoke!":)
