      Pigs trotters

I pretty much like all the above, except for tripe which I've never tried, just don't like the look of it, maybe it's nice. Also jellied eels, again I've never tried them, just the idea of something horrible and slimy slipping down.

Jellied Eels are just like white fish in Aspic jelly, (the white meat is sealed in jelly like the pork in a melton Mowbray pie)

Tripe, I really like it, as it comes ready bleached, just add salt and vinegar, Only problem is They do not sell tripe up here in Scotland
So when I visit my home town it is 3kg of Tripe and two cow heels, to carry home
The best tripe is Honeycomb, second best Blanket, and different is Elder, which is a bit like
              cows udder
Honeycomb and blanket are named as they look
elder and cows udder are a bit like lambs liver but not as sweet

Next lambs and piglets testes, (chiterlings) very nice

Oh I am visiting home before CRIMBO

                Love Mayo
Love Spinage, especially the old varieties like Fat Hen

                Lentils give me indigestion.

Love cutting the skin on Custard and blowing into it to make the farty noise :snork:
