You have a right handfull there Vicky :luv: But they are gorgeous, Poor Cal k-l He will soon be right as rain and creating havoc again :) I think the vets bill is reasonable compared to ours.. Cassie had a Lump under her top eyelid which was annoying her, I phoned a few vets up and they wanted £32 to £36 just for a Consultation  Next morning I was going to make an appointment when I noticed Cassie had Knocked the lump (wart i think) off :yho: GET IN :lollol: ....

Thank you Ros and Cutie ... Cal is finished his medicine and back right as rain ... which we actually have tonight, rain that is ... a blessing for us .... :ntwrth::ntwrth::ntwrth:

We had Chere in yesterday to be spayed and when we went to collect her t'other half had to go into the recovery room to 'get' her as neither the vet nor the nurses could go near her as she went bedserk when she came out of the anaesthetic and was trying to bite and claw them all ... s00k

She slept all yesterday and today she was up and about but has to keep going to sleep frequently ... we think they gave her an 'extra dose' when they put her out as you can't even give this one a Frontline Combo without getting torn up. The vet says she looks like a Bengali ... and acts like one .... :help: Today she is relatively quiet and we won't let her out till Monday.

Cutie, it is generally much cheaper here I think but it was â?¬105 for the spaying which I think may be expensive ... not sure as we'd pay whatever they say ..... :ntwrth:

O2 thank you so much for that ... I adore Simon's Cat and strangely I've had two sent to me this week to cheer me up as I've been in a really 'down' mood so yours was the icing on the cake. k-l

Have a good weekend all you cat lovers .... :flwsml:

That was a heart-warming story, Shiney, thank you ... it does restore your faith at times.

Well, we got 'adopted' again last evening by Rasputin, who is called such because he has a raspy squeak but is very friendly and purrs and constantly rushes in the house so I unfortunately have to keep the screen shut and he sits outside on the mat staring in at me squeaking. He is about the same age as Chere Khan (6 months plus) and is very healthy and we thinks he may be a 'mouser' from the orange factory nearby. We also think he arrived here because the neighbour's Persian is in heat but took a shine to Chere and decided to camp out here (fortunately she was spayed two weeks ago). We also think he is the offspring of Mr Red .... couldn't lose him if he tried ....

Anyway, here he is for however long he chooses to stay with us ...

Oh, he's lovely, I quite fancy a ginger cat....., but, no, I mustn't.

The counter looks beautiful and I love the way you have arranged the flower pots, Sis. The different kinds of pots, likewise the flowers and plants, all different textures, colours and shapes. The counter and choice of material was a fantastic idea. :gnthb:

Rasputin normally likes a nap on the kitchen patio in the large pot the lemon tree is in. However, today he chose the Bay tree pot, squooshing my double Anenomes down in the meantime ...
