Do I have to ‘unwatch’ the thread every time?
I’ve just had an email notification of your reply!

 

click on watch thread at the top of this page right hand side, and in the box that opens up click on "without receiving e mail notifications".

And then "watch thread" if you still want notifications on this site only.

 

Where is that setting hidden John I cant find it ?

 

I went to watched threads, found a button that said manage watched threads, and pressed disable email notifications. Hopefully that will do the trick?

I haven’t seen the setting you describe, @JWK? Can you see if it is still set to yes? I don’t know where to look for it. Sorry if I’m being really thick here!

Newbie here, but not from the GW Forum. Just joined at the same time, fortunately or unfortunately! Can't really figure everything out yet, but I daresay I'll manage! You seem to have your hands full at present, so I'll just potter around and click on things until everyone else has settled in.
