Sorry for the late response John, no reasons given other than the usual "funding" problems! We knew they weren't gonna fund it, that's why they gave us all the grant details. Methinks council departments NOT communicating with each other and those in the finance dept. probably had the site earmarked for development (which will never happen). This is bringing back memories of when I worked in local government, nobody had a clue what other departments were up to and sorrier still, nobody cared! :(

I support Gloucester City FC, and a couple (man and wife) who are my terrace companions most weeks,both work in LG offices! They often say that male employes are for ever empire building and females say "my career"! No mention that they are there to do a "job" according to them! Ps It is the same in my place, a large company! :gnthb:
