        Maybe they should put this at the end of the road works in appreciation that you may or may not have seen their new signs....by that time you will be frustrated that you may not have paid attention to the sign that they put up to stop you getting frustrated.... My view is..... spend the 10's of thousands on getting the job done quicker!!! I'm sure that would be the quickest way of reducing frustration!
