Frogspawn - got any yet?

    We have tiny tiny tadpoles.
    I just noticed the water moving in the small pond and yes, they have hatched out and wriggling.

    Yes, we have little black wriggly things and also I have seen two white ones!
    Im hoping theres more then two, There must have been about 1000 white spawn.
    I shall try my best to get some pictures of the pale faces when they are a little bigger.

    Noted frogspawn today.......four days earlier than last year.
    Looking forward to watching baby frogs...........soon

      Had about 6 batches in the pond for two weeks now, noticed one bach in a large tub I have on the allotment, today.

      We had two clumps in our newish pond for the first time, laid on 1 March. I think the Mallards ate most of it but eagerly looking for tadpoles now. So far not seen any.☹️

      If the ducks have eaten it I doubt you will see any tadpoles , mine has been there for 2 week's plus and is yet to turn into tadpoles it goes through the black soupy stage with wrigglings before you actually see tadpoles free swimming. 20190323_112758.jpg
