FUCHSIA'S - 2015

    Blimey, I was just thinking, that must have been at least 20 years ago! I've only grown Fuchsias sporadically since then. Thing is, since my house move, it's become apparent that there's a bit of a 'community' thing going on here, even though it's in a built-up area. They have a 'Best Container' competition once a year, so I thought "Fuchsias"

          Maybe i will mix some rock dust in then as my manures only a year old,im off to the pot shed in a min to get mucky :)

              And I've just managed to buy 6 plug plants of Purple Rain on EBay. Result! :yay::hapydancsmil::yay:

                I don't think you can beat "Mrs Popple", so reliable and long flowering. I had one at my old house which was already there when we moved in (10 years ago). I didn't move it with me, but took cuttings so still have some of that same plant now. More cuttings were taken late last year so plan to pot those on this weekend, give them a boost as things warm up.

                  Oh, that's good news Maria - how is it going? I hope you are enjoying it x x I ordered 6 plug plants of Purple Rain on EBay yesterday, I love the big flowers. I don't need six and I was wondering if, when they arrive, you would allow me to send two up to you for your anniversary?
