    Just ignore me Shiney,I think I have been in the sun for too long;):D though I was a twit when I did it last night.Because I don't work I ticked the box to say I am not a UK tax payer which to me is correct so now the extra doesn't get taken off {doh}:o

    I must admit I have personal reasons to think it is a good cause as myself and other members of my family are diabetic so I would be very pleased if research helped to eliminate diabetes or at least minimise the effects.

    I see that Ron has a child who is diabetic and I would imagine there must be several
    GC members who are diabetic.

    The more money donated the more research can be carried out so I applaud and thank them all for doing this rally!!
    Nathan - hope you enjoy yourselves although I know it will be tough [​IMG]

    :thumb: I don't have diabetes in my family jjordie, but I do know a a child & a couple of adults who are suffers.. One of the adults still controls his with tablets still but the other two use insulin.... That is the part I find distressing really watching them having to do it all & when they go hypo... To think it is with them for the rest of their days..!!!:eek::(
