Good morning LoL

It took me a while to realise that lol meant laugh out loud. Many a time I would read a post with no sign of you LoL and I would think,"why are they answering questions from somebody else and directing them at LoL"? It was only when I started noticing the grinning gremlin after some lol`s that it dawned on me

 

Morning pip. That has made me laugh and started my day off well. I thought I was the only one who doesn't know computer speak ... I often have to ask people what they are saying to me.

I certainly didn't know and couldn't figure out why people were speaking to me when I wasn't to them.

My sister refuses to call me LoL and decided on LofL ... which to me sounds like loffle which is worse so it's why we just call each other Sis. There are a couple of folk here who call me Lady ... perhaps because of the other connotations, one actually prefers to use it in e-mails rather than my real name, which isn't that bad.

I prefer LoL as Lots of Love ... but then again, I'm a romantic. :rolleyes:
