          More updates, got the window frame in last night, took me over an hour to get straight!

          Then carried on cladding... Nearly there now.

          Really not happy with the grass... :-(

              Really clumpy. Some bits are fine grass and looks superb.

              When you get up close there are patches of really thick grass (image below)
              , a different colour that seem to take over. Really frustrating as I have removed bits by hand. Think its Annua Poa?

              Ive not fed the lawn yet, any recommendations on whether I should leave or feed it?
