    Beautiful everyone. Sis, yours is so delicate looking but I like Marley's Blue Dancer the best.

    I love the name of marleys alpina blue dancer have to look out for that one in the garden centres

    I'm still humming and haahing whether I like Marley's Blue Dancer or Lelly's nameless one best, hard to decide.

    mine is in a tub and I am moving soon (hopefully), do you think it would still do ok if I took it with me? It's so pretty and its my first ever greenfingered success that it would be a shame to leave it.

    I don't know why not lelly seeing as how it is in a tub. Perhaps try to give it the same sun direction, etc. I sure as heck would not leave such a beauty there.

    definately take it with you, my clematis are all in pots on my balcony and are doing extremely well

    Kedi-Gato,I heap a wheelbarrow full of my compost on my Clems in the Autumn,and water them,if the weather is dry,from early Spring until late Summer.

    "Vyvan Pennell" is an excellent choice of clematis,mine done so well last season!

    CRYSTAL FOUNTAIN in its second year has a dozen flowers on at the moment with a promise of more to come

    they are all beautiful flowers everyone, I,m waiting for 2 massive buds to flower on my balcony then i can get a photo taken of them cant remember the names of them think they are pale blue

    Unfortunately i left all Clematis at the old house before we moved. The garden at the new house has no climbers although i have planted 3 Clematis, a Honeysuckle and lots of Morning Glory. None of which are flowering yet.

    I would love a clematis but everytime I buy one it starts off well then dies :( I don't think they like me
