    Although they are all utterly wonderful-I admit to a soft spot for the Josephine.

    I only planted this blue clematis last year (first year in this garden) with other clematis and climbers to cover the fence. The flowers are huge and I have high hopes for it.

    ive just bought this clematis at morrisons called tangutica in yellow anyone seen this before, going to find a place to plant it and will take pics when it flowers, it blooms from july to october.just took pic of the photo it came with.
    Alice thats a gorgeous blue clematis its a double one isnt it

    Thank you Rosa, yes it,s a double but I've lost the name tag.

    I have Clematis Tangutica. I only planted it last year and it's very vigorous, covering lots of fence already so you might have to keep it in check on your lovely balcony. it flowered in profusion last year so I'm looking forward to seeing the show this year.

    I have never seen that colour, it's really pretty.

    A friend of mine had Tangutica climbing through a birch tree. It was so pretty. Seems to grow very tall.
