Might have to put it on hold for the moment, BT have sent me another bill for well over £100 & threatened to cut me off unless I pay it imediately.

I'm not the only one getting ripped off by them,

    http://www.btcomplaint.com/

The thing that is getting me is that they never said unlimited broadband is, in fact, limited broadband, they have never warned me about aproaching the limit & the only detail on the bill is the line rental, no other info whatsoever.

Sorry, shouldn't waffle on about bt in the gardening section so i'm going down to non gardening chat to bump my thread "if i suddenly dissapear"

It is a good idea Ziggy, but why go to another forum when there are lots of things to discuss on this forum.

Plants may be dormant for a short while, but there are many other jobs that need doing in winter. There is also the chance to do any major works in the garden, repairs and maintenance etc.

I will be very busy during the dormant period, I have a few projects in mind. Few things I want to make. I will post details if anybody is interested.

Think I would be a lot more interested in a real life meeting of fellow members, than visiting yet another website. Took me a while to find this one. I am also a member of several biker forums. All the time I am on the internet I am not in the garden.

By the way Ziggy. You are only a couple of miles down the road from where I live. Why not call in for a cuppa? Always good to put a face to a name.

    Regards

    Chopper. :)

    Oh dear Ziggy,
I know the feeling, we have only just been reconnected at home ourselves.... times being as they are!
Thankfully I can get on the net at work and at home lately I have been using a '3' dongle, which is pretty good, cost £80 for 12 months or 12gigs whichever runs out soonest.

    Hi Chopper,

Thats a fair point, it would only really work if loads of us did it anyway, I think on Anglers Net there were about 50 of us all dropping in at once.

Cuppa sounds good, where abouts are you then ?
