Dendy: First pic was taken on the English South Coast, probably at Wittering; second is in the East Neuk of Fife beteen Elie and St. Monance.

Who needs airport hassle when I can be on an almost empty beach inside 20 mins :D

Hi, Froggy! Quite agree - like I can be in the hills within half an hour's drive - fantastic! :D

And I look over to the Ochils from my bedroom window - and some days I can even see them  (Not today, tho!)

My mum used to tell me that Kilconquhar is pronounced Kingyuchar - was that a load of boloney???

Hi, Stingo!! What a nice photo! And a nice place to have it taken! Is that the fountain you're supposed to throw coins in? Bet you did! :D

Yes Rome is lovely, we have been twice now and would go again, full of culture. In fact there is in my opinion a better fountain which I will post a picture of soon.
You are supposed to throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain as it guarantees that you will return. While we were thhere a local lady was fishing out the coins and pocketing them!! [IMG]

I went to Rome in 2002, did absolutely loads of walking, found a very nice restaurant called 'La Gallina Bianca' (Which I keep threatening to get a cheap return flight, just to have another meal at) .... Look where I had a pic taken ;)

Very nice photos both of Nathan and Mrs Nathan (or is that Mrs Webmaster? or I'd have to search to find the real name, sorry Mrs N/W?)! [IMG] It obviously wasn't a summer holiday! :D

The White Chicken? Is that what you ate?
