Hair is great, Marge! I only cut mine again in May just before that last photo was taken ready for the summer. I always have long hair and it grows like wildfire, down to the shoulderblades already again. The two photos of hair piled up is mine, not hairpieces, although, funnily enough I have some weird and wonderful bits to put in my hair!

You haven't said your age (I have) and with me it's a horrible "after" effect (don't want to go into women's things here). I eat little, light food and am a nibbler .. not chocolates I might add but I do like salty things, which necessitates liquid ... LOTS of water in the daytime and a G&T or V&T and some red wine at night.

The contentment is also a nice comforting thing! [IMG]

Oh, and what a lovely lady she is, Dave! Do you know you're on show, Mrs DaveW? Love the photo, very Russian looking. Hope that's not offensive! If we had had children, they would have had Russian names because we love Russian names.

Was going to say about my photos ... in order .. blonde I wa 17, auburnette I was 18 and natural I was 20.

You've spotted the eastern EU genetic link LoL. (russian/polish; and quite complex due to border changes, WWII, etc ) Luckily our daughter has inherited the same bone structure and is a really striking lass.

Oddly enough Mrs W doesn't like the pic as she says it makes her look like a babushka.
I love it as it's my Lucyna (or Lucynka in the diminutive form)

Have to say, I thought Slav...... Definitely East European influence - and that picture shows it more than the ones I've seen on your site, Dave. It's not just you who's lucky - she's a lucky lady too... :D

    Thanks Dendi'.
That pic was taken on New Year's Day near Doune Castle. I was a student (£360 a year grant)and Lucy in her first year teaching. We were then as poor as church mice and arrived home after our walk to find the house full of smoke because the pan of stew (which we'd saved up for) on the cooker had been left on and melted. Took weeks to get rid of the stink and we had to restort to fish fingers for our New Year lunch.

Don't know about that, Marge - if Mr Dendy did that to me, revenge would be taken - and it would be sweet..... Probably why he has never done it! :D
